Boys & Their Magics - slash roleplay

The sleepy little seaside town of Hart in northern California is no different. While during the peak travel times it plays resort town to many looking to get away from the work-a-day grind of the average life next to one of its scenic, and much less crowded when compared to other travel destinations, beaches it is also is home to a rather prestigious all boys boarding school: Saint Valentines School for Boys. That is nothing too out of the ordinary really, if you don’t consider the fact about the dead witch buried under the school. That’s something you won’t find in the brochure asking to send boys off to school, of course, not many people remember that whole nasty burning at the stake affair over a hundred years ago anymore. Except for Anna, the witch in question who seems to still be a bit peeved after all this time. Some people can really hold a grudge, can’t they? Oh, there’s also that bit about some of the boys maturing into manhood while off at school and ending up with ability to set things on fire or read people’s minds… but you know, the road to adulthood is lined with pesky little thing like that, right? Luckily there are places like the King of Hearts to let young men blow off some steam after a hard day of schoolwork with other young men… often half dressed and grinding up against each other to the beat of pulsating music. That’s the “regal atmosphere” the brochure goes on and on about…



Hart isn’t all playful romping, school boy enthusiasm, and townie watching though. A certain group of individuals have taken an interest in the rampant magical growth in the vicinity (some of them don’t mind the eye candy either) and have decided to set up shop. Every town with a secret needs a secret society with a vested (and somewhat dark) interest in it. It’s like apple pie and vanilla ice cream; they just go together so well. The young boys have to deal with a lot: keeping up their marks at school, figuring out how to get the boy three seats down from them to take an interest in them, and now deal with a shadowy organization with not altogether altruistic intentions towards them. Mid-terms and finals aren’t going to be the only thing keeping these boys awake at night.



Boys & Their Magics is an original fantasy role play site that urges creativity and character driven plots for all of its players. We invite all role players age sixteen and up to take a look at the site. We are always looking for imaginative individuals to contribute to Hart and its citizens.
